Reasonable and multi-dimensional R&D system: The company has formed a multi-dimensional research and development system, which is led by project development department, dominated by Liquid Crystal Research Department, OLED Research Department and Pharmaceutical Research Department. The Pilot-scale Research Department is in charge of industrialization experiments, the QC Department is responsible for quality assurance, and the Process Reengineering Research Department completes optimization and exploration of existing chemical reactions.
FMEA management system: In the research and development stage, FMEA management system is used to collect and record the data of R&D experiment in the whole process, which lays a good foundation for subsequent large-scale and standardized production.
Process optimization capability: Aiming at products with stable demands, they are managed by dedicated operators. By keeping track of production progress, they are looking for possible optimization methods, and conducting practical lab work, so as to optimize the process and applied it to mass production.
